Laser bio stimulation

Laser Acupuncture

LASER ACUPUNCTURE is the stimulation of specific skin points which transmit electrical impulses along nerves to the spinal cord and brain, resulting in healing and general improvement in health and well being.

The use of laser light as an alternative to needles to stimulate acupuncture points has been promoted for almost three decades.

Laser Acupuncture utilises exactly the same principles and laws as Traditional Acupuncture, but has some positive advantages over the use of conventional needles being:

  • Aseptic
  • Non-invasive
  • Painless and with
  • No reported side-effects

Laser Acupuncture is a gentle and effective alternative to traditional acupuncture and as such is particularly well suited for use on the Young, Old or Nervous whether human or animal .

How does it work?

Scientists began lab experimentation with lasers in the 1950s, with availability outside the lab in the 1960s. Once the quest for laser knowledge began, it was unstoppable. Researchers wanted to know how this new kind of light could change the world of healthcare. Early laser experiments resulted in the realization that laser therapy minimized skin scarring, helped wounds heal faster, and affected cellular metabolism.
Lasers used in acupuncture are known as low-level lasers or “cold lasers,” (because they don’t produce heat. Studies show that low-level lasers can help regenerate cells, decrease pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and stimulate hair growth, to name a few examples.
Laser acupuncture is completely painless. This is a great way patients who may have needle phobia.
The working mechanisms of laser acupuncture and traditional acupuncture are of the same. Experiments made on human and animal prove that they work through autonomic nerve system, media, and blood reaction system. It proves as well that it has certain effects on improving circulation, digestion, and endocrine system.

Acupuncture can be used for many conditions because it promotes pain relief and healing, reduces inflammation, boosts the immune system and improves general health.

Therapeutic effects:

  • Increased production of ATP (Adenosine TriPhosphate)
  • Increasedcellular metabolism
  • Increased collagen production
  • Increased enzyme production
  • Increased protein synthesis
  • Better blood flow
  • Better lymphatic flow and drainage
  • Reduced inflammation

The laser is predominantly used for treating children. Children of all ages can be treated with laser acupuncture. Starting at age 8-12, treatment with fine needles is more intense than pure laser treatment-as is the case with adults. The effect of the needles can be enhanced by additional laser treatment, if necessary.

Laser acupuncture helps children and teens with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Sleep problems
  • Anxiety
  • Fatigue
